This feature allows the auction to function like a live auction by extending the time for (3) minutes (or by such other time as Bid-2-Buy determines in its sole discretion) on any item that has active bidding within the last three minutes of that item closing. It also allows customers with slower computer connections a fair opportunity to bid by eliminating the bidders that use computer sniping software to place bids within the last second of an auction out bidding you. SALES TAX   Several of these vehicles the seller is a dealer and will be collecting sales tax, doc fee and all title transfer fees. Winning Bidder to make payment to them directly for these fees. This will be separate/on top of the purchase price. If the seller is not a dealer the buyer of any titled item will be responsible for paying sales tax & transferring the title in the city/state which they reside in. Buyers of a titled item that reside in Wisconsin will pay the appropriate sales tax at the point of sale BUYER’S FEE OR PREMIUM A buyer’s fee or premium is charged on each item as follows: 10% buyer’s fee on all bids INSPECTION INFORMATION Inspection is By Appointment Only, 24 Hour Notice is Preferred.
