**Forklift will move backward but not forward Yale forklift, LP gas, counterbalance type, 4022 indicated hours, cushion tires, 2-stage mast, LP Fuel, estimated 2,000 pound capacity, Due to landlord requirements, all loading and rigging must be performed by an approved vendor. Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing a minimum of $1 million in general liability coverage, along with proof of workers’ compensation insurance. All documentation must be submitted and approved before any equipment is permitted on the property. TK Rigging will be onsite Friday, August 21st, 9:00AM to 4:00pm to assist with loading.
