NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS, NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. All Cashier’s Checks must be made payable to "Werner Auction Group, Inc.” or “BID-2-BUY". Bid-2-Buy is an assumed name or dba of the Werner Auction Group, Inc. ANY TRANSACTIONS OVER $9,999.00 MUST BE PAID FOR WITH BANK WIRE ONLY. All Cashier’s Checks will be verified by the Financial Institution upon which they are drawn. No items will be released until the entire invoice is paid in full. BUYER’S FEE OR PREMIUM A buyer’s fee or premium is charged on each item as follows: 10% buyer’s fee on all bids  For Titled or Registered Items Bid-2-Buy will be collecting doc fee, 6.875% sales tax and all fees associated with title transfer.
