This camper was only used seasonally for over 10 years out in the Black Hills. It was pulled back to MN at the end of last summer. It's seen a better day but it has been meticulously cared for and is in great condition for this model year. Excellent for first family camper or for hunting camp! The stove and oven were rarely used, still like new. Almost all of the cooking was done OUTSIDE to avoid grease damage and lingering "cooking" odors. Furnace, A/C & water heater in working condition as of the end of summer. One propane tank for sure is full, we did not check the other. Kitchen faucet leaks a bit on the back side when on so will most likely need to be replaced. Couch in LR turns out in to a bed. Bathtub, shower and two closets in the bathroom. Electric slide-out works, there's also a manual crank out. Owner states canopy is in working order but has not been unrolled since last summer. The panel for electric cord is missing a latch and will need to be replaced, it's currently taped to keep it closed.  Inspection Info: M-F, 10 AM - 4 PM at Northwoods Auction Co.
